Carsten Jancker will remain in Serie A next season after Udinese confirmed
that they would not release him.
The German was expected to return to his homeland after he struggled to
make an impact last term.
The international was signed from Bayern Munich last summer but scored just
once in 20 games for the Bianconeri.
Udinese transfer chief Pierpaolo Marino has insisted that the player was
never on the market and will be a key figure in the new campaign.
Meanwhile, Brazilian striker Warley won’t be wearing the black and white
shirt over the next 12 months.
The South American will return to Brazil after Sao Paulo agreed terms to
take the forward on loan.
