就我星期六聽到的"永字八法"的部分翻譯如下

The secrets of Calligraphy are burried in this character, "永", which is composed with eight strokes. Why do we say the eight strokes are so sepcial? Because almost every Chinese character are composed with them.
Now, I want show you how to write "永". Please pay attention. (Count these eight strokes.)

但是沒看到關於黃庭堅的開張的資料耶...
因為我不是很懂黃庭堅的字
所以不知道要怎麼用英文來講這個部分... ><
有沒有人可以介紹一下這個部分呢?
