Well, I think we don't need so large office, unless we can ask more tables...
Smaller office might encourage the interaction and communication between
our members. Just like how we gather together in the basement of IT department
last year. And an office with an cooler might also encourge people come for
practicing. So far I don't think we have too serious problems for hardware.
Even it becomes worse, I feel still ok.
I think we should improve ourself to prevent young guy who has no experience
and no background for calligraphy from feeling boring toward people before
getting interested with calligraphy. To learn calligraphy is long term work,
but the beginning of learning calligraphy is short term, and is what we can
help; what we can do. To have good skill for calligraphy doesn't mean too
much. That only means you had more time for practice, and maybe had a great
teacher. But with no interaction with people, it doesn't matter if you're
good or you're bad. That makes no difference in a group cooperation.
I heard that Wenny taught people actively. That's pretty good! I appreciate
her work. I believed she is skilled to sufficiently high degree.
