It is good to be helpful. It is wonderful to be generous. But when you are hel
pful and generous all the time, and you hold nothing in reserve for yourself,
you become depleted rather quickly. You may be in such a state right now, Capr
icorn, but you may not recognize the reasons for your emotional and physical f
atigue. Giving too much of yourself eventually takes a toll. And someone in yo
ur life may demand a lot from you right now. You can still be helpful and gene
rous within reason, but leave something to yourself as well.
