bligated to follow through since you have promised. But things change, Caprico
rn, and sometimes you have to be more flexible - in the way you treat yourself
especially. If you just aren't up to following through with this arrangement,
then there is nothing wrong with letting the appropriate person know that you
have had a change of heart or circumstances.
