We may assume that someone is a "good person" by what we see on the surface. M
aybe they are cordial and polite, so we assume that someone like that must be
a "good" individual. Whereas, someone who is rude or exhibits some other negat
ive quality must be a "bad" individual. Or there may be some other very obviou
s manifestations of good and bad. But life is not black and white. It is rathe
r colored in shades of grey, and the good and bad in real life are almost neve
r so clear-cut and obvious. You may be perceiving that someone in your world i
s a bit of a bad guy, but you need to look closer and consider all the circums
tances. This may actually be the good guy in disguise.
