  右手握拳後伸出大拇指與食指，呈開口約2~3公分的匚型
  將匚型開口朝向下方(手腕轉約90度使兩指指尖朝下)
  這就是英文字母的"Q"，這手語有點像轉了90度的"G"

  "Q..q..q.."有種手語真好玩，學了手語"Q"，學完手會酸~~ XDDD
