In your mind, Capricorn. you are making a minor issue into
a giant problem. You are imagining all of the worst-case
scenarios, and putting a negative spin on all of the "what-ifs."
Imagine, for a moment, that imagining such a thing could
actually cause the issue to get bigger and bigger and that
you could transform it into a much worse problem just through
your thoughts.
You wouldn't do that, would you？ You would force yourself
to stop. Now imagine that positive thoughts could have the
opposite effect. Guess what？ They can.
