You have to be more objective about a conflict you may have
experienced with a significant other or a dear friend. You
could be thinking that you played no role in something that
went wrong. Maybe you really do see it that way, and maybe
you are right.
If you don't listen to what is being said about it though,
you may miss out on truly understanding how the other person
is feeling. Put aside your ideas about where someone is
coming from, and truly listen. It may be an easy way to end
the friction.

你可能認為某些出錯的事與你無關。也許你是這麼想，而且你是正確的。
    但如果你不願意聆聽別人的說法，那你可能無法真正的去理解對方
的感受。放下猜測別人動機是如何的想法，並真正的去傾聽。那也許能
很容易的解決衝突喔。
