In Hawaii there are houses built on lava fields near live volcanoes. The
views are spectacular, though. You might assume that such a house could
be bought for a bargain, and you would be right. The buyers are betting
that they will get lucky and the volcano will not erupt during the time
they live in the beautiful house in the lava field.
You may soon encounter an investment of some kind that seems to include
a big risk, but maybe you will get lucky. Make sure to do thorough
research before committing.
