You may be acting so forceful and insistent about other people going along wit
h an idea of yours that you could be coming across as angry or too assertive.
It isn't that your idea is a bad one, or that others wouldn't like it if they
were to give it a chance. This is more about you conveying a sense of possible
desperation in trying to get others on your side. If you would push less, and
you could genuinely listen to what others have to say, you would be able to f
reely express yourself without others putting up a barrier. Try a softer appro
