瑪竇福音十七10-13
已經來了...
10 門徒便問耶穌說：「那麼， 為什麼經師說：厄里亞應該先來呢?」
11 耶穌回答說：「厄里亞的確要來，且要重整一切；
12 但我告訴你們：厄里亞已經來了，人們卻不認識他，反而任意待了他；
照樣，人子也要受他們的磨難。 」
13 門徒這纔明白耶穌給他們所說的，是指的洗者若翰。

And the disciples put this question to him, 'Why then do the scribes say
that Elijah must come first?'
11
He replied, 'Elijah is indeed coming, and he will set everything right
again;
12
however, I tell you that Elijah has come already and they did not
recognise him but treated him as they pleased; and the Son of man will
suffer similarly at their hands.'
13
Then the disciples understood that he was speaking of John the Baptist.
