路加福音2:16-21
他們急忙去了，找到了瑪利亞和若瑟，並那躺在馬槽中的嬰兒。
他們看見以後，就把天使對他們論這小孩所說的事，傳揚開了，
凡聽見的人都驚訝牧人向他們所說的事。
瑪利亞卻把這一切事默存在自己心中，反覆思想。
牧人們為了他們所聽見和看見的一切，正如天使向他們說的一樣，
就光榮讚美天主回去了。
滿了八天，孩子應受割損，遂給衪起名叫耶穌，
這是衪降孕母胎前，由天使所起的。
16 So they hurried away and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in the
manger.
17 When they saw the child they repeated what they had been told about him,
18 and everyone who heard it was astonished at what the shepherds said to
them.
19 As for Mary, she treasured all these things and pondered them in her heart.
20 And the shepherds went back glorifying and praising God for all they had
heard and seen, just as they had been told.
21 When the eighth day came and the child was to be circumcised, they gave
him the name Jesus, the name the angel had given him before his conception.
