格雷澤家族進行了會面。目前切爾西正在北美大陸參加一系列的商業賽事，作為切爾
西俱樂部在名義上的主席，布魯斯˙巴克在接受華盛頓媒體採訪時表示，他們剛在不
久前與格雷澤的家族在倫敦見面。根據巴克的說法，他只是代表切爾西俱樂部歡迎加
入英超的又一股新生力量，此外雙方還交換了一些簡單的看法。巴克顯然希望公眾相
信，這兩大豪門之間的會晤僅僅涉及到一些禮節性的內容。

Chelsea meet new United owners

Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck has said that directors of the club
have had a meeting with the new owners of Manchester United. Chelsea
directors met the sons of Malcolm Glazer in London recently.
Buck told a press conference attended by the Washington media ahead
of Chelsea's match against DC United about the meeting with his American
compatriots.
"The meeting was to say hello and to welcome a new chairman and
owner of a fellow Premier League club," said Buck. "We talked about areas
that might be of common interest to both clubs, exchanged views and
offered to answer any questions they might have about football or the
Premier League.
"During the meeting Chelsea reaffirmed its backing for the FAPL's
collective television deal."
