Chelsea boss Avram Grant insists he has no problem with Chelsea supporters,
despite coming under attack from some quarters last week.

格蘭特堅稱他和球迷沒問題，雖然上禮拜他被砲轟。


Grant was left smiling at the close of Grand Slam Sunday's defeat of
Arsenal, but when his Chelsea side were trailing before coming back to win
2-1 he felt the ire of a number inside Stamford Bridge.

儘管贏了阿森納，但在逆轉之前格蘭特感受到球迷的憤怒.....


Some of Chelsea's supporters doubted his decision to take off Michael
Ballack, but Grant's tactical nous on this occasion proved correct, as his
replacement Nicolas Anelka played a key role in their comeback.

有些球迷質疑格蘭特的換人，但最終結果證明他是對的。


The crowd chanted 'you don't know what you're doing' and Ballack stormed
off down the tunnel - clearly unhappy at Grant's decision. However, Grant
insists he has no problem with either the supporters that voiced their
misgivings - or Michael Ballack - who has been dealt with internally.

當時球迷高唱 '你不知道自己在幹什麼' ，而芭樂下場時也很不爽，但格蘭特堅稱他
跟雙方都沒有問題。


"People like to look at the negatives. Many, many supporters of Chelsea
support the club and even support me," said Grant. "If others think
otherwise, it doesn't affect me. I have to do my job. I do the tactical
side, what I have to do in the condition of the players. I don't hear any
other noises. I think I need to do my job, not pay attention to things
from outside.

 "人們總愛看黑暗面，但很多球迷都支持我，其他東西影響不了我的，我只要做好我
的工作，管好戰術管好球員，噪音是傳不進我耳朵的。"


"You do what you think can win you the game. Even (Claude) Makelele was
playing well last week but we needed to change things to win the game.
That's what happens. The players respect it. If they had a problem, I'd
take care of it. It's inside the club (with Ballack's reaction). If there
is a problem, I'll deal with it."

 "在比賽時要用可以贏球的手段，即使馬卡踢得很好，但為了贏球也得把他換下場，
比賽就是這樣，球員都尊重這點，如果有什麼問題我們會私下解決。"

蟾蜍不只講以上這些啊....

Avram Grant has delivered his blueprint for the future of Chelsea and
insisted he remains the man to guide the club to the success they desire.

格蘭特提到他對切爾西未來的藍圖並且說他仍是領導這俱樂部奪得想要成功的男人.

Grant wants to start this summer by using a worldwide network of 52 scouts to
deliver 'the flair players' he believes will represent the next stage in the
club's development.

格蘭特想要在夏天利用派出52個球探全球的找出"有潛力的球員",他相信這將是俱樂部的
下一個階段的發展.

And while he admits that it could be difficult to lure a player like Lionel
Messi away from Barcelona or Kaka from AC Milan, he will target South
Americans.

同時他承認吸引像巴薩的梅西或是AC Milan的卡卡的球員過來是很困難的,他將目標
放在南美洲.

'We already have a very, very good team at Chelsea,' said Grant. One that has
a chance to win the championship and the Champions League this season.

'But we have to plan for the future as well and I want to add more flair to
the team.

becomes available. But if it is not possible to bring in a Messi or a Kaka,
we will try to find the next one.'

Grant has now ruled out the possibility of a move for Ronaldinho, even though
he 'authorised' an approach that began with a meeting between Abramovich and
the Brazil superstar's brother in London last summer.

格蘭特排除了小羅的傳言,即使他"認可"了阿布跟巴西巨星的哥哥夏天的會面.

He also dismissed speculation regarding Dinamo Zagreb's midfielder Luka
Modric.

But Grant says he is working tirelessly to develop the coaching at Chelsea,
with an emphasis on a 'more personal approach' to player development.

For that reason and because of the success he has already enjoyed, he remains
convinced he is the man to take Chelsea forward.

understand that,' he said.
