Mourinho suggested the left-back could be Atheltic Bilbao's Asier Del Horno,
with whom he said Chelsea are "in conversations", however Milan's
Kakha Kaladze clearly believes the job is already his.
The defender told Sport-Express newspaper today that: "Everything between
Chelsea and myself has been agreed. It's a five-year contract and I'm very
happy with all the conditions I was offered. Now, the only thing left is for
Chelsea and Milan to agree on a transfer fee.
"Milan had offered me a contract extension, but I refused," added the Georgian.
"I want to go to a new country, I want a new challenge, I also want to learn
English, which is spoken worldwide.
"Since Roman Abramovich took over the club, Chelsea have joined the world's
elite, they have become a superclub. And it's my dream now to play there."

AC Milan sporting director Ariedo Braida believes Kakha Kaladze's move to
Chelsea is "possible" - with the defender now urging the two clubs to agree
a transfer fee
"It's possible (Kaladze could join Chelsea)," Braida said.
"For the time being Milan are not in talks with Chelsea regarding Kaladze but
this could be the case in the near future.
"We're trying to find a solution for Kaladze with another club, but if we
don't reach an agreement with another club he will stay at Milan."
Kaladze himself is keen to pursue his career away from the San Siro and
appears eager for a move to the Barclays Premiership champions.
He told Gazzetta dello Sport: "I don't have my suitcase ready but Milan know
that I am not happy and want to leave.
"I have already spoken to (Milan vice-president Adriano) Galliani and Braida
and explained my reasons.
"I am very comfortable in Milan but at my age the priority is to play.
"I think that next week the two clubs will meet and will decide everything.
"I have already done what I had to do and now it is Milan and Chelsea's turn to
find an agreement."
