Chelsea replace Stamford Bridge pitch

Following three home matches in six days, and most notably following
the Portsmouth match yesterday, it is clear the Stamford Bridge pitch has
deteriorated even further.
經過六天內三場主場比賽後，特別是昨天，草皮已經相當悽慘。
After reports into the state of the pitch and discussions last night
(Saturday), and with a window of opportunity due to the international
break and an away match next weekend, Chelsea has decided to re-lay the
Stamford Bridge pitch.
經過討論後，決定重舖草皮。 感謝國家隊賽事帶來的空檔。
This has been the only viable opportunity to re-lay since early
January due to the club's match schedule as it takes two weeks to re-lay
and prepare a new pitch.
這是一月初後僅有的重舖機會，因為下一場主場賽事正好是兩週後。
Work will begin on the pitch today (Sunday).
今天動工。
