Arjen and Bernadien got married in Groningen

Arjen and Bernadien said 'I do' in front of mayor Wallage in a hot
Stadsschouwburg in the city of Groningen.

With many photographers from different countries, as well as the Netherlands,
and a couple of hundred enthusiastic fans outside, Arjen got married to his
high school sweetheart Bernadien Eillert after a seven year long relationship.

Among the 150 people present in the theatre were goalkeeper Peter Cech from
Arjen's club Chelsea and former PSV player Dennis Rommedahl, personal friends
of the couple.

After the ceremony the newlyweds released a few white doves. They went to the
city centre next, to take the wedding pictures. Later on today Arjen and
Bernadien will be celebrating further with friends and family in Ommen, in the
state of Overijssel.

Arjen's webteam wish Arjen and Bernadien a lot of happiness and a wonderful
honeymoon!
