Chelsea football and business goes well

Peter Kenyon is pleased with Chelsea's progress on and off the pitch.
Talking today at the launch of Chelsea's new website, the chief executive
said of the business: 'I think it's progressing well. It was a long-term
plan because of our investments.'

Chelsea it's an aggressive plan.

He was clear about his current challenges and those that he faced at his
previous club whom Chelsea face in Sunday's top of the table clash,
Manchester United.

'Manchester United was built around heritage, whether it was the Busby
Babes, the '58 crash, the '68 European Cup Final, or the Ferguson years,

He was also clear about the club's policy on recruiting youngsters after
the controversy that arose surrounding the 16-year-olds who came from
Leeds in the summer.

'I'm confident it won't arise again in the future. We're a young club,
we're continually reviewing what we do, we want to work within the system,
