Chelsea are set to add a second Tejera to their books.

After snapping up exciting teenage midfielder Sergio Tejera in the summer
from Espanyol, it's emerged Chelsea have also offered a place to brother
Hector.

Hector Tejera, a fullback, came across to London with Sergio in the summer
and impressed in preseason trials.
