The English FA have asked FIFA to allow the use to video replays to punish
divers after matches. FIFA next convene in March, where the FA hope to raise
the issue.
英國足總最近請求 FIFA 准許他們透過回顧比賽的錄影，來追罰假摔的人。
足總希望在三月的 FIFA 會議裡能夠提出這個議題。
Diving has come under the spotlight recently as, even though referees are
instructed to censure divers with yellow cards, many incidents have gone
unpunished.
假摔近來成為大家注視的焦點。雖然裁判被告知可以用黃牌去譴責假摔的人，
不過，很多假摔都沒有受到懲罰。
"We've already asked FIFA to allow retrospective punishments and we will ask
again," said an FA spokesman.
"我們已經請示過 FIFA 允許賽後的相關懲處，而且會再次做出請示。"
"We want to convince them it's in the interests of fairness and the image of
the game."
"我們想要說服他們，讓他們了解這是想要提高比賽的公平性，
以及改善球賽對大家所造成的形象。"
Recent diving controversies include Cristiano Ronaldo winning a penalty for
Manchester United against Middlesbrough in the 2-1 win in December, while
Jens Lehmann (Arsenal) and Didier Drogba (Chelsea) provoked widespread
ridicule for their histrionics in the 1-1 draw between the two sides at
Stamford Bridge last weekend.
近來的引來家爭論的假摔，有 CR 給曼聯贏來 pen 的，還有...
萊曼跟獸巴那引起眾人發笑的假摔 (x2?)。
The spokesman added: "Whether it will be a formal item for discussion or any
other business kind of thing we really don't know at this moment in time.
還不清楚賽後對假摔的處罰會不會被正式拿出來討論。
"We are the only nation pursuing this."
目前也只有英國會對假摔感到不齒。
While commonplace the three top European leagues, diving is currently found
most commonly in Spain's La Liga, where referees are reluctant to punish
players, with many footballers and coaches openly admitting to using
simulation to gain a competitive advantage.
假摔相當常見，天天發生，而且西甲最量產，反正裁判也不怎麼想罰，使得教練跟
球員都會公開使用這種技巧，去贏得好處。
Federations are currently permitted to retrospectively punish fouls and
violent conduct that have been missed by officials.
目前，各國足協都能在賽後針對球場上被遺漏的犯規跟暴力舉動做出懲處。
(問題是，都主動寄影帶給他們了，卻好像沒事發生一樣... )
