Two Michael Woods goals enabled Chelsea Youth to pass smoothly into the
fourth round of the FA Youth Cup at Aldershot last night. Liverpool away
is the next destination.
伍茲的兩記入球讓青年軍順利挺進青年足總盃第四輪，下一輪的對手則是利物浦。
At least, it was smooth after the opening quarter of the game. Youth team
manager Ruud Kaiser said: 'It was a difficult start. Forest played with a
lot of passion, and we were slow in passing the ball.
剛開局我們打得不好，傳球太慢，而諾丁漢森林則很威猛。
'We struggled for 15 minutes and were lucky when they hit the bar. But in
the last 20 minutes before half-time we consolidated, and in the last
minute of the first-half Michael Woods hit a great shot, a 20 yarder,
through the crowded box to give us the lead with a great finish. The
first-half was even, but we went in one up.'
幸好對手的射門打在橫樑上，之後我們恢復了狀態，伍茲在上半場最後打進第一球。
Chelsea had Jack Cork and Ryan Bertrand back from their loan to
Bournemouth where they had played first team football for a month. And
regular reserve team players Woods, Fabio Ferreira, Ben Sahar and Scott
Sinclair were in a strong starting line-up.

The second-half belonged to Chelsea. Ruud said: 'In the second-half we
played much, much better. We used the full-backs better, passed quicker to
them, and 10 minutes after the break was a great moment.

'Fabio Ferreira dribbled inside, sent a great pass inside the defender for
Woods running on, and he finished well. Great movement, great goal.'
55分鐘時，費雷拉內切傳出好球讓伍茲梅開二度。
Chances to increase the lead were missed, but progress was never in doubt.
Ruud was delighted. 'To win the tournament is six stops. We have done the
first stop. Five stops to go.' And Liverpool is the next stop. Chelsea
Youth won there on the first day of the season.
本來還有幾次機會可以拉大比分的都浪費掉了，不過不影響勝局。
