上週末，迪迪爾˙德羅巴被評為了2006年的科特迪瓦足球先生，他成為了繼埃辛
之後切爾西第二個贏得類似榮譽的非洲球員。
在埃辛獲得了英國廣播公司(BBC)評出的非洲年度最佳球員後，德羅巴令人信服
的當選科特迪瓦足球先生，這項評選是由科特迪瓦國內20家包括報紙、廣播和國家電
視台在內的媒體組織的。
德羅巴得到了194個積分，比起里爾隊的前鋒凱塔(68分)、朗斯隊前鋒丁達內
(66)、熱刺中場佐科拉(48)和阿森納中衛圖雷(46)都高。
在2006年，德羅巴幫助切爾西奪取了05-06賽季的英超冠軍，並在06年底以英超
最佳射手、冠軍盃並列最佳射手的姿態進入新的一年，同時，德羅巴還是德國世界盃
上科特迪瓦隊的隊長。

Didier Drogba has become the second of Chelsea's Africans to win a poll
this weekend with the news he has been voted Ivory Coast Player of the
Year for 2006.
Following on from the naming of Michael Essien as the BBC's African Player
of Year, Drogba convincingly won a vote in his homeland conducted among 20
media organisations, including newspapers, radio and national television.
The Chelsea centre-forward collected 194 points, compared with 68 for
Lille striker Kader Keita, 66 for Lens striker Aruna Dindane, 48 for
Tottenham midfielder Didier Zokora and 46 for Arsenal's centre-back Kolo
Toure.
As well as spearheading Chelsea to last year's Barclays Premiership title
and ending 2006 as the Premiership's top scorer and the Champions League
joint top scorer, Drogba also captained Ivory Coast in their first World
Cup in the summer.
