GUUS STILL KEEN ON BOGARDE

PSV Eindhoven coach Guus Hiddink has admitted Chelsea outcast Winston
Bogarde is one of three candidates he is considering to reinforce his defence.
Bogarde is completely out of the picture at Chelsea and is finally ready
to turn his back on his lucrative Stamford Bridge contract in order to secure
regular first-team action.
Hiddink is keen to bolster his defence and admitted earlier in the week
a move for Bogarde is something the club are considering.
Italian side Ancona have since been credited with an interest, but PSV
would appear to be leading the chase.
"We are eyeing three players and Bogarde is one of them," Hiddink told
the club's website.
Hiddink, though, is aware time is running out for him to bring in fresh
faces.
"I don't feel like saying more, because we're still working on it," he
continued. "There's not much time left."
Hiddink continued by admitting his options are limited due to the lack
of available funds.
"At this moment Frank Arnesen has contact with them," said Hiddink. "The
choice depends on quick availability and of course the finances.
"Due to the mentioned factors the availability isn’t big."
