http://msn.skysports.com/skysports/article/0,,46-1121639,00.html Saturday 31st January 2004 Graeme Souness believes that Claudio Ranieri's biggest problem at Chelsea will be salving the bruised egos of the superstars he leaves out of his starting line-ups. Souness found himself struggling to keep his squad happy when he was in charge at Rangers, but admits it is a nice problem to have as a manager. ”Top players invariably have the biggest egos,” explains Souness. ”The two things tend to go hand-in-hand as those guys think they are the best. ”And to be fair to them - in a lot of cases - they're right. But leaving them out is always more of a problem. ”But it's a problem any manager would love to have and I think Ranieri's handled it well in that respect. ”He's a wonderful squad to pick from and with their resources it's be hard to field anything but a strong team.”
