http://msn.skysports.com/skysports/article/0,,46-1123595,00.html Monday 16th February 2004 Marcel Desailly insists he has no qualms if he is left out of the Chelsea team and only becomes annoyed when the issue is dredged up. The veteran France international has suffered with injuries this term and has also been a victim of Claudio Ranieri's rotation policy. But the 35-year-old is not fazed about being out of the Blues side , even if his absence prompts suggestions he will not be match fit for France's Euro 2004 challenge. Desailly is more than happy with his lot and admits he uses his vast experience to compensate for the slight drop in his physical levels. "I was injured for two-and-a-half months and then I had a relapse," Desailly told L'Equipe. "I am 35-years-old and I play less often. I am less tough but I compensate for that with my positioning and intelligence in the game. "Moreover, there are other players at Chelsea who are of the same worth, so it is logical that the coach chooses for the future. "What annoys me is that, when I don't play, people stress that and are surprised. "Finally, if I play 30-35 matches this season, I would have played almost as many matches as a Championnat player and I will come (to the France squad) in good form in June. "I am positive, I give my best to Chelsea. I will be present if Jacques Santini selects me. "I will be at my best on June 13. I still have the will and the will is 60 percent of Desailly."
