Euro destiny time and date

Chelsea’s next Champions League opponents will become known on Friday morning.


The draw for the first knockout round of the Champions League takes place on
December 17th at UEFA headquarters in Switzerland, beginning at 11am London
time.


By finishing as one of the group winners, Chelsea will automatically play our
first leg match away from home with the return leg at Stamford Bridge two weeks
later. The possible first legs dates are February 22nd or 23rd with the return
legs on March 8th or 9th.



We will be drawn against one of the following group runners-up:

Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Werder Bremen or PSV Eindhoven.
