http://www.uefa.com/competitions/UCL/news/Kind=1/newsId=271230.html Gudjohnsen completes family double Friday, 31 December 2004 The Chelsea FC and Iceland forward Eidur Gudjohnsen has been named his country's sportsman of 2004, 17 years after his father, Arnor Gudjohnsen, was awarded the prestigious trophy. Playing in Belgium Arnor Gudjohnsen was just 17 and playing professional football in Belgium when Eidur was born in September 1978. Nine years later he was still earning a living in the Low Countries when he was recognised as his country's premier sportsman by sports writers in Iceland - an honour last night bestowed upon his son. Inspirational figure Gudjohnsen has proved an inspirational figure at Chelsea since his transfer from Bolton Wanderers FC in 2000, fending off the challenge of a number of big-name strikers to secure a regular place in the side. His eight goals this season have helped Chelsea into the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League, where they will play FC Barcelona, and the top of the Premiership. Next challenge The 26-year-old was unable to collect the award in person as he was preparing for Chelsea's league match against Liverpool FC on New Year's Day. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17歲....聽起來有種'不小心...就..'的感覺.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.112.216.192
