Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has given his full support to manager
Jose Mourinho.


The Portuguese tactician has come under fire for his criticism of Anders Frisk,
while the FA fined him ￡5,000 for his 'cheat' remarks after the first leg of
their Carling Cup semi-final against Manchester United.


Despite Mourinho angering others, Lampard is fully behind the former Porto
boss and believes the camaraderie in the camp is one of their main strengths.


Chelsea are still gunning for three trophies this season, following their
Carling Cup success, and Lampard believes good team spirit is required to
be successful.


"We are behind him whatever," stated Lampard. "I think we thrive on that
togetherness.


"We've got the ability and we've got the players, yet without that spirit I
don't think you can win what we want to win.


"It's something the manager and staff have instilled in us since pre-season
and the players have responded to that."
