Chelsea face the full range of sanctions from UEFA's disciplinary committee
if found guilty of bringing the game into disrepute - including being kicked
out of the Champions League.

It is difficult to predict the punishment that will be meted out because there
have been no precedents for such charges in the past but although such extreme
measures are possible they are unlikely.
因為無前例可循所以很難預測將會給於何種懲罰, 旦處以如此極刑的可能性不太高.
Even so, the charges are so serious that Chelsea can expect some severe
punishment, perhaps in the form of a suspended sentence, and lengthy touchline
bans for Jose Mourinho, Steve Clarke and Les Miles.
就算逃過極刑, 切爾西應該還是會面臨嚴厲的處罰, 也許是以緩刑的形式和教練,助教
和 Les Miles禁賽.
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson was fined ￡5,000 two years ago
after suggesting the Champions League draw may have been fixed, but his
remark was off-the-cuff and he apologised immediately.

Chelsea's position is altogether more serious and they have so far refused to
apologise.

UEFA say the fact that referee Anders Frisk has since announced his retirement
due to death threats from Chelsea extremists has not influenced the charges,
but it could affect the penalties imposed if disciplinary chiefs view the
club's actions as having contributed to that state of affairs.
Article 14 of UEFA's disciplinary code states possible sanctions against
Chelsea are:
‧ a warning
‧ a reprimand
‧ a fine
‧ an annulment of result of a match
‧ an order for a match to be replayed
‧ awarding of a match by default
‧ playing match behind closed doors
‧ stadium ban
‧ playing match in a third country
‧ disqualification from competitions in progress
‧ exclusion from future competitions
Possible sanctions for Mourinho, Clarke and Miles are:
‧ a warning
‧ a reprimand
‧ a fine
‧ a suspension/touchline ban for a definite or indefinite period
‧ a ban on exercising any football-related activity
比較有可能的處分是:
‧ 警告
‧ 譴責
‧ 罰款
‧ 停職/ 限定或非限定禁賽期間
‧ 禁止參予任何足球相關活動
In all cases, bans can be partially deferred.
