  Arjen Robben has revealed his latest injury will keep him out of the first
  leg of Chelsea's Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich.

　A scan today revealed that Chelsea's 21-year-old Dutch international winger
  has suffered a strained ankle tendon.

  Robben will be re-examined on Tuesday or Wednesday but he told Dutch
  television programme Studio Sport he will still be out of action when
  Chelsea host Bayern on Wednesday, April 6.

　He revealed: 'It is difficult to say how many weeks I will be out, but it
  is clear that it (the injury) is not good. Armenia (on Wednesday) and
  Bayern are out of the question in any case.'

  in Bucharest last night, after setting up the opening goal for Phillip Cocu
  in the first minute.

  Rob Ouderland, before specialists take a further look at the problem.

  A statement from the KNVB, the Dutch football federation, read:
 'Arjen Robben was examined by Dr Maas at the AMC Hospital in Amsterdam
  and will be looked at again on Tuesday or Wednesday.

  'He will not play against Armenia (in Eindhoven).'

  The news would appear to rule Robben out of Chelsea's Barclays Premiership
  trip to Southampton on April 2, and he must also be a doubt for the visit
  of Birmingham to Stamford Bridge a week later.

　Robben had only just returned to action after more than six weeks on the
  sidelines with two broken bones in his left foot - an injury which kept the
  former PSV Eindhoven player out of both legs of Chelsea's last-16 tie
  against Barcelona.
