Three internationals in reserves run-out

Spectators at Tuesday's reserve game may be pleasantly surprised by the
inclusion in Chelsea's starting line-up of three senior internationals.
Scott Parker is a prime candidate to get a full game under his belt against the
Ipswich second string at Aldershot as the ￡10m midfielder's sole Premiership
appearance so far this campaign was a late cameo at home to Manchester United
since when he has not even been selected for the bench.
Robert Huth, who earned his first cap for Germany earlier this month, is
available as the squad to face Brazil in next Wednesday's friendly is yet to be
announced, while Celestine Babayaro will also play having not been selected for
Nigeria's World Cup qualifier with Zimbabwe.
Huth's two minutes in Austria remains his only first-team action so far this
season thanks to the arrival of Ricardo Carvalho, while Babayaro has deputised
once for first-choice Wayne Bridge in the away victory at Crystal Palace.
The number four shirt is intriguingly left available in the club's announcement
of Tuesday night's side, leaving open the possibility that new signing Nuno
Morais, a 20-year-old from Portugal, may feature.
Arjen Robben is on the road back from an ankle injury sustained on the club's
tour of the US, but he needs another 10 days to recover fully and is being held
back for now.
