Boss Jose Mourinho says there will be no room for sentiment when Chelsea
take on his former club FC Porto in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Mourinho won the competition with Porto last season before moving to
Chelsea. "There are a lot of players at Porto who are my players but
there are no friends during 90 minutes.
"There will be no emotion. In football you have to try and be professional,"
he said in his weekly column in Portuguese sports newspaper Record.
Chelsea and Porto are in the same Champions League group this season
and Mourinho added: "I'll remember it is Porto before the match and
I'll remember after the match but during the game I'll have no time
to think about them.
"I will be pleased with success, sad and upset with failure. We have
three points and we need six to be in the next phase."
Mourinho's side beat Paris St Germain in their opening group game,
while Porto were held to a draw by CSKA Moscow.
He said: "Even if some do not want to admit it, Porto were a special
club for me and I was a special manager for the club."
