One in, one out for Chelsea's England men

Glen Johnson has been recalled to the latest named England party but there is
no place for Joe Cole despite a young look to the squad.
The remainder of the Chelsea four who travelled to Euro 2004 with England,
Frank Lampard, John Terry and Wayne Bridge, have all been selected for the
friendly against Ukraine in Newcastle on Wednesday. The returning Glen Johnson
earned his one England cap last November.
The full squad is:
James, Robinson, Kirkland, G Neville, Johnson, A Cole, Bridge, Terry, King,
Carragher, Upson, Beckham, Lampard, Gerrard, Dyer, Hargreaves, Butt,
Wright-Phillips, Jenas, Owen, Heskey, Vassell, Defoe, Smith.
On-loan Carlton Cole has been named in the England Under 21 squad that will
also face Ukraine but a day earlier.
Claude Makelele has been omitted from the France squad to face
Bosnia-Herzegovina in a friendly but William Gallas has retained his place.
