Man quizzed over Lampard burglary Last Updated: Wednesday, 18 May, 2005, 15:01 GMT 16:01 UK http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/4559731.stm A man has been arrested after a break-in at the home of Chelsea and England midfielder Frank Lampard. Police were called in the early hours of Wednesday to reports of a burglary at the footballer's house in Chelsea, south west London. Lampard and his pregnant fiancee Elen Rives, 28, are thought to have been at home at the time of the burglary. Two vehicles, a plasma TV and computer stolen in the raid were found later. A man was arrested in Battersea. League title Scotland Yard said police were called at 0403 BST and discovered a door had been forced and the keys to two vehicles stolen. A spokesman said: "The vehicles were subsequently driven away and a TV and a computer were also reported stolen. "One of the vehicles was later found in Chelsea and the other, containing property, was discovered in Battersea." Lampard, 26, won the Football Writers' Footballer of the Year award last week after Chelsea celebrated their first championship title in 50 years. He and his partner also own a £4m mansion in Blackhills, Surrey, but have lived in central London for more than a year. -- 還好他沒去韓國, 不然可能整個家都被搬空了才發現... 更幸好的是, 這些小賊意圖在財物, 沒有傷人. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 80.229.140.103
