PSV agree Boca deal

Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven have struck a cooperative agreement
with Boca Juniors. The Argentine giants confirmed the news at a press
conference in Buenos Aires, which PSV coach Guus Hiddink attended along
with Boca president Mauricio Macri.
Both clubs will now work together to develop talent, although the
deal should give PSV first rights over any potential stars at Boca. The
news could also be of interest to Chelsea, who themselves have a strong
relationship with PSV - and in-turn The Blues could very well find
themselves gaining rights to some of Boca's future stars.
