Chelsea can report a clean bill of health on players returning from
international duty but there is still the question of filling the hole left by
the injured Didier Drogba. Jose Mourinho is hoping to have options for the trip
to Manchester City.

He said: “We have some alternatives, not much because the squad is not so big
in terms of attack and we have some other injured players.

and Damien Duff in attack the team did okay. They created enough chances to win.
We scored from the set play but the team should have scored in free play

Manchester City, aiming to bring an end to a run of five home defeats against
Chelsea, have their own injury problems.



Claudio Reyna, Joey Barton and Trevor Sinclair are all likely to be ruled out
although Antoine Sibierski and Steve McManaman are available again. Robbie
Fowler returns to the squad after four weeks working on his fitness.
