Jose Mourinho has brought in four backroom staff from Porto to make up his
management team for Chelsea. He has told Chelsea TV that he also is looking to
appoint a British person with Premier League experience and Chelsea at heart to
work with his team.
The new Chelsea assistant is 53 year old Baltemar Brito who was born in Brazil
and specialises in audio-visual work to prepare the team for specific games.
The fitness coach is 29 year old Rui Faria, a very young coach, whom Jose works
very closely alongside.
Goalkeeper coaching is to be done by Silvinho, a 45 year old big man ??big like
Petr Cech ??who kept goal for Benfica in the 1988 and 1990 European Cup Finals.
Andre Villas is also coming, and he will be the scout.
