Chelsea winger Arjen Robben believes that the London side should refrain from
adding stars to the squad.
The Dutch midfielder - who has been an inspiration for the Blues - maintains
that Chelsea's success is due to their being an intimate group of players.
Robben told Sky Sport: "We are rich enough to get them, but we have no stars
like (David) Beckham or Ronaldo.
"You don't want stars like that when you're building a great team.
"You want players who fight for each other, not the 'Mr Big Stars' - nobody
here lets anyone down.
"Before a game, all the players and staff form a great circle in the dressing
room.
"The coach will say something and then a player. And then somebody shouts 'who
are we?' and everyone shouts 'Chelsea!' and off we go."
The 20-year-old signed this summer for Chelsea for ￡12million.
