Mikael Forssell
Is progressing well and doing non-resistance cardio-vascular work. He is not
yet ready to go muscle strengthing work to avoid putting too much stress on his
healing knee. Has another appointment with the surgeon next week after which
he should be able to step up his rehabilitation in January from where the
recovery should be quite rapid. (21/11/04)
