Bridge excited by new season

Wayne Bridge says he "cannot wait" for the new Premiership campaign to start,
which he hopes will see a trophy head back to Stamford Bridge.

The England full-back admits he is excited by the squad new manager Jose
Mourinho has assembled and reckons the club have a great chance of getting
their hands on some silverware.

"I feel good and am just glad that I have managed to play a little bit," said
Bridge on Chelsea TV.

"It has been enjoyable and I think the team has played well together.

"We have played one or two different formations, with the full-backs getting
forward down the sides when we use the diamond.

"I can't wait to get under way. We will have to see how it goes, but I would
just like to see us win something."
