Wayne, who has been a loyal supporter of the brand since he was a youngster, will continue to wear Puma boots for the remainder of this season and the next three afterwards. The England man has had a tough time of things this season following the arrival of new manager Jose Mourinho. After initially struggling to win a place in the side, Wayne now appears to have gained the full confidence of his manager and can look forward to helping the London club maintain their pursuit of four major trophies. Wayne was pleased to be remaining with the famous German brand, whose boots have graced some of the legends of the game in the past, including Pele, who wore the Puma King boots when firing Brazil to the 1970 World Cup, Diego Maradona, who repeated the feat for Argentina in 1986 and more recently Paul Gascoigne, who for many years wore the Puma King boots. "I have been with Puma since I was sixteen years old and they have always given me tremendous support and advice," commented Wayne. "The boots are comfortable to wear and look good and the technology they are using seems to be improving all the time. Some of the new ideas implemented in boots these days are incredible." -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.1.104
