Cudicini to stay at Chelsea

Carlo Cudicini has no intentions of leaving Chelsea, despite no longer being
number one goalkeeper.
Manager Jose Mourinho has consistently selected Euro 2004 star Peter Cech over
the Italian, even though Cudicini has served capably in the Premiership for the
last few seasons.
Cudicini told Sky Sports: "I am still fighting for the jersey and when the
manager needs me I am here.
"I am really happy to be part of a great club and I know sooner or later
Chelsea will be the best club in Europe, if not the world.
"Even if I am not playing I am happy to stay here. I am contracted till 2008
and I could see that out.
"When you don't play matches it is frustrating, but when the supporters are
behind you like that it is unbelievable.
"When I get the chance to play I try to show what I can do."
Cudicini, who had made over 200 appearances for the Blues since signing in 2000,
has made only three appearances this season.
