Mikel documents forged

Former Lyn Oslo director Morgan Andersen has been found guilty of forging
contracts relating to John Obi Mikel in 2005.
前林恩主管摩根˙安德森被判有罪，因為他在2005年偽造米克爾的合約。
Andersen, who has told the court he plans to lodge an appeal, was handed a
one-year suspended jail sentence for the offence.
被判 suspended jail (我不會翻) 一年的安德森決定要上訴。
Nigeria international Mikel, who left Lyn to join Chelsea in the summer of
2006 after a protracted transfer saga also involving Manchester United,
initially joined the Norwegian club as an amateur as he was under 18.
歐比的轉會傳奇牽扯了卻爾西曼聯和林恩，而他一開始是以U18業餘的身分加入林恩。
After the midfielder's 18th birthday, the Norwegian FA were presented with
a professional contract which Mikel has denied signing.
歐比滿18歲以後拒絕簽署職業合約，但挪威足總仍然收到了這分合同.....
The court ruled that the falsified documents, which the judge decided had
been cut from Mikel's amateur deal, meant that Lyn were able to gain a
share of the player's transfer fee.
法院裁決這是一份假合約，林恩想藉此得到歐比將來轉會的轉會費。
Judge Torjus Gard said in his judgement: "The court is in no doubt the
contracts were amended and Andersen knew this."
法官說: "這份合約毫無疑問被動過手腳，安德森知道此事。"
Andersen is currently on leave from his post as director of Fredrikstad,
another top-flight club in Norway.
安德森目前在另一家挪威球會當主管。
Mikel performed a U-turn over a proposed move to Old Trafford, claiming he
had been put under pressure to join the Red Devils.
歐比當年被曼聯簽下，但他宣稱是被迫的。
Chelsea later reached a financial settlement to secure his services,
paying ￡12million to their Premier League rivals and a further ￡4million
to Lyn.
卻爾西最後達成三方協議，給曼聯1200萬，給林恩400萬。
