Deco casts light on Lamps future

Chelsea's new signing Deco has told Frank Lampard to stay and help create
one of the most dangerous attacking midfields in The Premier League.

德科勸蘭帕德留下，這樣他們可以打造英超最恐怖的攻擊中場。


Former Barcelona star Deco's ￡8 million arrival at Stamford Bridge has
cast fresh doubt over the future of Lampard, who is a target for his
former manager Jose Mourinho at Inter.

雖然德科以八百萬的身價加盟，讓蘭帕德的前途又再次不確定。


However the Portugal international sees no reason why he and Lampard
should not play together next season and has promised fireworks if the two
are in tandem.

但德科看不出他們為何不能合作的原因。


“I think I can be compatible with Lampard on the pitch,” said Deco.
“That is of course something that the trainer (Luiz Felipe Scolari) has
to decide – he is in charge.

 "我覺得我可以跟蘭帕德合體，儘管這是教練的決定。"


“But I have seen a lot of Chelsea games on the TV and together Frank and
I can create a lot of danger for other teams.”

 "但我看過很多卻爾西的比賽，我和蘭帕德的組合會讓其他隊聞風喪膽。"


Deco revealed that he could have been a Chelsea player four years earlier.

德科在四年前就可能成為卻爾西的一員。


“I received a great offer from Chelsea because Jose Mourinho wanted me in
his new project. I even talked with [Chelsea owner Roman] Abramovich but
Porto already had agreed a deal with Barcelona and I had given my word.”

Chelsea set to seal Frank Lampard's future this week

Chelsea are confident they will clinch Frank Lampard's long-term future
this week.

卻爾西有信心在下週和蘭帕德續約。


The final stumbling block is the length of the England man's new deal.
Lampard and his advisers are holding out for a five-year contract, with
the club - who originally tabled a two-year deal - currently offering four.

最後的阻礙是合約長度，蘭帕德方面希望續約五年，而卻爾西方面的提議則是從兩年
變成四年。


Lampard, 30, reports for training tomorrow morning and talks about a
contract that would put him in the ￡130,000-a-week bracket will resume
within 48 hours.

30歲的蘭帕德估計是明天收假開始訓練，並在48小時內簽訂一分13萬週薪的合約。


New manager Luiz Felipe Scolari has told the Blues he wants to build a
team around Lampard despite the arrival of Portuguese.

斯科拉里希望以蘭帕德為中心打造球隊。
