Lampard withdrawn from England squad

Frank Lampard felt a tight hamstring while training with England this morning
and has been withdrawn immediately to return to Chelsea for treatment.
John Terry, Joe Cole and on-loan Wayne Bridge are all expected to start for
England against Uruguay tomorrow, Wednesday, at Anfield, but Lampard will not
now be involved.
Meanwhile, Glen Johnson starts for England Under 21s tonight in the friendly
with Norway at Reading FC. Carlton Cole is not included in the squad as he has
moved out of the age deadline with the team no longer in the European
Championships.
The other internationals of Chelsea interest tonight are Eidur Gudjohnsen's
Iceland v Trinidad & Tobago at Loftus Road and Lassana Diarra's France Under
21s v Slovakia.
