FITNESS IMPROVING ACROSS THE INJURED
來自傷病球員的好消息

Club doctor Bryan English was pleased to report good news today on Michael
Ballack, Joe Cole and Ashley Cole.

Media stories in Germany had claimed the injury Ballack sustained in last
week's international between Germany and Switzerland was a serious one, and
even one English newspaper suggested he would be out for six weeks.
之前德國的媒體報導說巴拉克在上周德國與瑞士的比賽中受傷的很嚴重，同時甚至有些
英國報紙暗示說他將會缺席6個周之久。
Bryan said: 'It's not a major injury, it's a thigh strain which will recover
in days rather than weeks.'
布賴恩說："這不是很嚴重的傷病，他只是大腿過度疲勞而拉傷，將會在幾天內康復而不是
幾個星期。"
Joe Cole saw the consultant yesterday who operated on his stress fractured
foot. 'He's got the protective boot off and is now able to start weight bearing
exercises,' said Bryan. He will continue to use his crutches, but less and less.
喬.科爾昨天與曾給他做腳部手術的醫生碰面，布賴恩說："他已經不用再穿著保護性的
鞋子了，現在開始他可以進行負重的訓練。"他使用拐杖的時間將會越來越少。
Ashley Cole had a knee brace fitted after suffering his injury against
Blackburn two weeks ago yesterday. 'That will come off at the end of this
week,' Bryan reported, 'and then he will start his first stage of
rehabilitation.'
昨天阿什利.科爾帶上了膝部的保護性裝置，兩周前他再對陣布萊克本的比賽中受傷。布
賴恩說："這個星期結束後這個保護性裝置會被去掉，然後他就會開始他的康復的第一步
。"
Ballack is expected to be available for selection in the next week. The Coles
are both expecting to play again this season.
巴拉克有希望在下周重新歸隊，而兩位科爾也都有希望再次參加本賽季的比賽。
