Chelsea goal hero Didier Drogba insists that Andriy Shevchenko will shake off
the doubters and adapt to English football.

in midweek after scoring just three goals in the Premiership following his ￡

Drogba said: "It is normal to take time to adjust. Coming from France, with

"It is normal for a football player when you spend all your life in a country

Drogba added in the New York Times: "I know that the English people want you
to score quick, run everywhere. But it's not easy when you're not used to
playing that way, to the English style.
