Mourinho given Uefa protection

Jose Mourinho's security concerns on his return to Porto tomorrow resulted
in Uefa allowing the manager dispensation to miss press conferences to
promote the match.
Normally a ￡5,000 fine would be applicable for non-attendance but Uefa
has authorised the assistant manager Steve Clarke to carry out Mourinho's
media duties.
A member of the Super Dragoes supporters' group issued death threats to
Mourinho this year and the same fan spat at the former Porto manager during
their visit to Chelsea in September.
Sources in Portugal report that the hooligan group are planning "something
special" for his return. Their mood will not have been helped by Porto's
defeat by lowly Beira Mar on Friday night.
