No doubts for Blues boss Mourinho

Jose Mourinho insisted victory over Middlesbrough was never in doubt after
Didier Drogba grabbed a late winner at The Riverside.

Drogba sidefooted home Frank Lampard's clever free-kick to lift the Blues above
Arsenal to the top of the Premiership - albeit briefly.

Chelsea had been held to a goalless draws in their previous two league matches
- against Aston Villa and Tottenham - and needed Drogba's late strike to avoid
a hat-trick of blanks from their expensive strikeforce.

But Mourinho was confident that the winner would come and he warned Chelsea's
rivals that one of them will be on the receiving end of a hammering before long.

"A team playing like us should not be worried about not scoring goals," he said.
"We played very well against Villa and Spurs and here we had the same control
of the game. We had a lot of chances to score and the only surprise was that we
scored the goal so late.

"The way we are playing, one day a team will be unlucky. Every chance we make
will go in and we will win by four or five-nil. At half-time I told the players
they had to keep their self-belief and score a goal to win the game. They did
that and we have gone top of the league so the players are very happy in the
dressing room."
